Minimum Qualification for Professor on TTS Ph.D. from an HEC recognized Institution in the relevant field 11-years post Ph.D. teaching/research experience in a recognized University OR a post-graduate Institution OR professional experience in the relevant field in a National OR International research Organization. OR 7-years of Post-Ph.D. experience with at least 12-years of experience prior to Ph.D. (3-years of Pre-Ph.D. experience will be counted 1year of Post-Ph/D. experience, counting all fractions), teaching/research experience in a recognized University OR a post-graduate Institution OR professional experience in the relevant field in a National OR International research Organization. 15-research publications (with at least 5-publications in the last 5-years), recognized for the purpose of appointment on TTS by HEC. For the purpose of appointment on Tenure Track by the Higher Education Commission, i.e. research papers published in Journals that fall under the category W, X and Y for Social Sciences while for Science disciplines papers published in only W category (Impact Factor) Journals. Successfully supervised 1-Ph.D.  Or 10-M.Phil theses as Supervisor OR have one Post-doc experience of 6-months duration from foreign University/Institute. However, candidates coming from R&D Organization, with at least 6-years of experience there, must have produced a Ph.D. Or one patent Or 10-publications above the minimum number required. Minimum Qualification for Professor of I.T and Computer Science on BPS Ph.D. in the relevant field, recognized by HEC in consultation with PEC. 12-years teaching/research experience in a recognized Institution/College/University or 12-years professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization out of which 5-years must be teaching experience. OR 10-years Post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. 12-research publications (with at least 3-publications by the calendar years 2008/2009/2010, respectively) in HEC/PEC recognized journals.
2.	Professor of Pharmacy	Minimum Qualification for Professor on BPS Ph.D. from an HEC recognized University/Institution in the relevant field. 10-years Post-M.Phil teaching/research in an HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. OR 8-years Post-Ph.D. level experience in an HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. 12-research publications in journals recognized jointly by HEC and PMDC (with at least 3-publications in the last 5-years).

Associate Professor	Minimum Qualification for Associate Professor on BPS Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution. 10-years teaching/research in an HEC recognized University or Post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. 10-publications (with at least 4-publications in the last 5-years) in the HEC recognized journals. Minimum Qualification for Associate Professor on TTS Ph.D. from a recognized Institution in the relevant. 6-years Post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience in a recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International research Organization. OR 4-years of Post-Ph.D. experience with at least 6-years of experience prior to Ph.D. (3-years of Pre-Ph.D. experience will be counted 1year of Post-Ph.D. experience, counting all fractions), teaching/research experience in a recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International research Organization. 10-research publications (with at least 4-publications in the last5-years), recognized for the purpose of appointment on TTS by HEC. Minimum of six months continuous Post-doctoral research experience from foreign University/Institute in the relevant field or successful supervision (as Supervisor) of one Ph.D. thesis or six M.Phil theses or three M.Phil plus six M.Sc. theses where M.Sc. theses is compulsory and carries a minimum of none credit hours. Minimum Qualification for Associate Professor of I.T and Computer Science on BPS Ph.D. in the relevant field from Institution recognized by HEC in consultation with PEC. 7-years teaching/research experience in a recognized Institution/College/University or 7-years professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization out of which 2-years must be teaching experience. 4.	Associate Professor of Pharmacy	Minimum Qualification for Associate Professor on BPS Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC recognized Institution. 10-years teaching/research in an HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. 5.	Associate Professor of Law	Minimum Qualification for Associate Professor on BPS Ph.D. in Law or equivalent degree from HEC recognized University/Institution. 10-years teaching/research in an HEC recognized University or post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. OR 5-years Post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in National or International Organization. OR LL.M., J.D. in Law or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized University/Institution. 12-years teaching/research experience (with at least 4-years experience after the post-terminal degree level) in an HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. 10-publications (with at least 4-publications in the last 5-years) in HEC recognized journals.
6.	Assistant Professor	Minimum Qualification for Assistant Professor on BPS Ph.D. in the relevant field from HEC recognized University/Institution. No experience required. OR Master’s degree (foreign) or M.Phil (Pakistan) OR equivalent degrees awarded after 18-years of education as determined by the HEC in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution. 4-years teaching/research experience in a recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. Minimum Qualification for Assistant Professor on TTS Ph.D. from a recognized Institution. Excellent written and communication skills to be judged through the University selection process by a written test/seminar. Minimum Qualification for Assistant Professor of I.T and Computer Science on BPS Master’s degree (awarded after 18-years of Education) in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution. 2-years teaching/research experience in a recognized Institution/University/College. OR 2-years professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. OR Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution. No experience required.
7.	Assistant Professor of Law	Ph.D. in Law or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized University/Institution. OR LL.M., J.D. in Law or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized University/Institution 4-years teaching/research experience in a recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. OR LLB degree (Ist Class) from an HEC recognized University/Institutions. 6-years teaching/research experience in a recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization.
8.	Assistant Professor of Pharmacy	Minimum Qualification for Assistant Professor on BPS Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution OR equivalent degree awarded after 8-years of education in the relevant field as determined by the HEC. No experience is required. OR M. Phil or equivalent degree awarded after 18-years of education in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution.             4-years teaching/research experience in a recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization.
9.	Lecturer	First class Master degree. OR Equivalent degree awarded after 16-years of education in the relevant field with no 3rd division in the academic career from an HEC recognized University/Institution. Minimum Qualification for Lecturer  of  I.T and Computer Science on BPS Master’s Degree/B.Sc. (Engr.) (First Class) in the relevant field with no 3rd division in the academic career from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
10.	Lecturer in Pharmacy Instead of Demonstrator	First class Master degree. OR Equivalent degree awarded after 16-years of education in the relevant field with no 3rd division in the academic career from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
